Hi! Welcome to Plantae Paradise – The home for Cacti, Succulents and some Carnivorous plants. If you are a Cactus enthusiast (or a Cactophile), you are at the right place. Beginners get a good start to their collection while the advanced Enthusiasts too can whet their appetite here.
Beginner or Advanced, it doesn’t matter – Our plants are not only addictive but our spiny sensations are capable of hooking everyone. So beware !!
SHIPPING UPDATES AND INFO
GENERAL INFO
- We ship between 2 to 4 days of receiving the order. Plants reach within 3 to 6 days after shipping, depending upon your location. Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipping.
- Safe delivery depends upon our selection, preparing and packing of plants. Of course Courier agencies have a major role to play in delivery. So going by our past experience with the courier companies, we are following the undermentioned shipping process.
- We will ship Plants by any of the methods:-
- DTDC primarily or Delhivery where area is not serviceable by DTDC.
- We ship media/pots and other accessories by:-
- Economy service.
- Plants by:-
- Priority Service /Air
- Due to different shipping types, ie, Economy and Priority for Accessories and Plants, respectively, the cart has been so programmed so as not to accept a mixed order of accessories and plants. You will get a prompt on how to split the order. This is to keep the shipping charge as near as actuals and avoid charging by way of flat charge irrespective of zone you are ordering from.
- We are shipping three to five times a week, unless prevented by rains and laziness.
Shipping Charges for Media, Substrates, Cactus potting mix, and Soils etc
Shipping charges are usually applied volumetric by all shipping agencies. So for plastic pots, even though the pots are light weight shipping charges may not be commensurate due to volumetric weight charges.
Shipping charges seem to be a bit high for low cost products like media especially so when bought in small quantities. But you can economise by ordering more. The more you order cactus mix, the more is the discount on purchase price plus the shipping becomes cheaper.
