Swachhal G06/09/2026Such a superb experience buying from Plantae Paradise. I ordered lihops, haworthia cooperi, monadenium rubellum, crassula perforata and cactus soil mix. All of the succulents were immaculately packaged in haystack and arrived in a superb condition. I was really impressed. Cactus soil mix was intelligently shipped separately and arrived a few days later and believe me it is the best cacti/succulent mix I have seen so far. It has really given me a better insight in how to prepare my own soil mix in the future. All in all it was a great experience buying from here and I think I will be placing a ordere of a few more succulents and soil mix after such a superb experience. P.S. They were so kind to give me a complimentary haworthia and two cacti. They are all so beautiful and will find a better and beautiful home once my new pots arrives.+8Posted on Google

There are a few things that made me decide on this review being 5 stars: Amazing customer service - The people in charge of customer service are extremely responsive over whatsapp and will help you with any questions you have about the plants you're looking at. Amazing Quality of Plants - The shipments have perfect plants that are extremely well taken care of. You get exactly what was advertised. The quality of plants is excellent not to mention how vast and varied is their collection. I love the thoughtful way they package the plants. I have placed so many orders in the last 3-4 months and not a single time any plant came damaged. The prices of the plants are also justified considering the quality and health of the plants. Usha Acharya21/10/2025Shopping with Plantae Paradise was a happy and seamless experience. I received my succulents in amazing condition. They were packed with so much attention to detail and it came with little gifts of plant IDs and a cactus. They also pay attention to logistics in detail. The potting mix was also packed very well and is nice and gritty . Prices were all reasonable. I have just potted them all today and am sure they will do well with all the positive vibes from Plantae Paradise right from order to post delivery support. The highlight was Mr Maneet Singh's patience to answer all my questions with so much joy and passion. I think that's a rare thing. For Plantae Paradise - they don't 'just sell' they love what they do and build relationships with customers. Highly recommend this for succulent and cactus lovers. As Mr Singh shared in our interactions - "I don't have customers but friends who love plants". Sorry Mr Singh I did not take your permission to quote you😊Posted on Google
S. Sunshine05/08/2025In your cactus and succulent mix do you add bone meal and chicken manure which was written on your website for diy ? I want to buy it but seeing the ingredients on you diy I hesitate if your diy has such things means you also make your own similar. In my thoughts bone meal and chicken manure I don't see in succulent mix.+0Posted on Google

SUNIL CHRISTOPHER06/01/2025After 3 years of buying experience I should really thank Plante Paradise for helping me to build up a good collection of healthy plants. Main advantage is the survival success rate of plants delivered. It is nearly 100%. In case of any genuine complaint, replacement is guaranteed. Out of my experience I advise everyone don't go with cheap online sellers in Facebook because plants delivered will be unhealthy and of poor size. Plante Paradise will sell only healthy plants of good size. Dated 6.1.2025. My previous review. 3 years ago Plants received in good condition by courier. Healthy plants neatly packed and labelled. Service and commitment highly appreciable. The way they serve the customers really surprises me. The most reliable online plant shoppe.+8Posted on Google

Shilpa04/10/2024I had ordered a set of six haworthias. My order came well before the expected date of delivery. And, what's more, the packaging was immaculate. I unwrapped the box and was overjoyed to find a couple of extra succulents as free gifts! However, as a rookie plant parent, I was horrified to see that the plants didn't come in pots. My distress call to Plantae Paradise was promptly answered and they took great pains to explain in detail the whys, hows, whats of succulent potting and care. The call was followed up with photos on WA that clarified my remaining doubts. On their recommendation, I went through their website and read several articles on succulents & cacti. Grateful for their painstaking efforts, eye for details, and patience in dealing with a novice. And oh, the plants are beautiful!Posted on Google
