General Shipping Information
- Shipping Time: We typically ship orders within 2 to 4 days of receiving them.
- Transit Duration: Plants usually reach their destination within 3 to 6 days after shipping, depending on your location. Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Courier Service: We primarily use DTDC or Delhivery where DTDC service is not available.
Important Note: The safe delivery of your plants depends on our careful selection, preparation, and packing. However, courier agencies also play a major role in the final delivery.
Shipping Process for Different Products
- Plants: We ship all plants using a Priority/Air service for the fastest and safest delivery.
- Media & Accessories: We ship media, pots, and other accessories using an Economy service.
Due to these different shipping types (Priority for plants and Economy for accessories), our cart is designed not to accept a mixed order of plants and accessories. If you try to place a mixed order, you will receive a prompt on how to split it. This system ensures that shipping charges are as close to the actual cost as possible, avoiding a single flat fee for all zones.
We ship three to five times a week, unless prevented by rains or… well, laziness.
Shipping Charges for Media, Soils, and Potting Mix
Shipping charges are often calculated volumetrically by courier agencies. This means that for lightweight items like plastic pots, the shipping cost may be higher than you expect due to their size.
Shipping charges for low-cost products like media may seem high, especially for small quantities. You can, however, save money by ordering in bulk. The more cactus mix you order, the greater the discount on the purchase price, and the shipping becomes more economical.

Service Employed:
We ship exclusively via DTDC / DELHIVERY. If these services are not available at your address, we can use Speed Post upon request. Please ensure your district is spelled correctly for this service. In the rare case that Speed Post is not an option, we will use the next best available postal service.
Damages in Transit:
While we take the utmost care in packing your plants, we are not liable for damages or delays caused by the courier service. We will not issue a refund for losses due to courier handling.
However, if you report the damage immediately upon receipt with clear pictures, we may consider a free replacement on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following:
- Timely report of the damage with pictures.
- Availability of a similar plant for replacement. If not, we may offer an equivalent plant from a similar category.
- If we believe the damaged plant can be revived for breeding, we may ask you to ship it back to us before a replacement is sent.
Shipping Time:
Dispatch: Orders are typically shipped within 6 to 8 days. Some plants, like cacti and succulents, require a 2-day drying process for safe transit. Shipping may be delayed during long weekends, consecutive holidays, or bad weather (heavy rain, high humidity) to prevent parcels from being held up or damaged.
Transit:
Plants: Shipping charges are calculated by zone. We use “By Air” service where available. Plants usually arrive within 3-4 days after shipping, except for Eastern regions where it may take up to 7 working days as they are shipped by air to Guwahati and then via surface transport.
Media: Shipping for media (soil, etc.) is calculated for surface transport, with delivery typically within 10 days after shipping.
