1. Product Use and Safety
All plants and products are sold for horticultural use only. We do not recommend or advocate their use for medicinal, Ayurvedic, or other herbal purposes. They are intended solely for hobby and ornamental use.
Safety Precautions: Some plants have natural defense mechanisms like spines, thorns, or toxicity. We advise you to handle such plants with due precaution and keep them safe from pets and children. Our plants are not edible, so take necessary measures to prevent ingestion.
Superstitions: We guarantee that our plants, including cacti and other spiny varieties, do not carry any negative influence, negative energy, or bad luck as advocated by certain superstitious beliefs.
2. Plant Specifications
Nomenclature: The names of plants, especially cacti and succulents, are subject to frequent revisions and have many synonyms. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it. We have provided a picture for every item, and we advise you to carefully review the picture before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors in naming but would be very grateful if you point any out.
Size: The size will be noted in the product description or a reference object will be placed in the picture. Please note that plants are not identical, and while we will ship a plant of a similar size, a small percentage of variation should be expected.
Shipped Condition: All plants are shipped bare root, without media or a pot, in the safest way possible. If a plant is likely to dehydrate, we take extra measures to ensure safe delivery. In cases where media is essential (e.g., carnivorous plants), we will include it with your order.
3. Disputes & Returns
Disputes: We believe all issues can be resolved amicably. However, for any legal disputes, the matter will be subject to the Chandigarh jurisdiction only.
Prices: While we try to keep prices stable, we reserve the right to change them at any time due to inflation or other factors.
Return / Refund Policy: Since our products are living plants, they are fragile and cannot withstand being shipped back and forth. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, in the case of a possible dispatch error, damage, or a mismatch, please contact us. While we have a strict no-return policy, we will consider a refund or replacement for material loss in transit on a case-by-case basis.
